a blissful retreat
good slides clean beach many options
I found the aqua park offered good water slides for everyone. I spent hours near the beautiful pools, and the clean beach made my holiday so very relaxing. The food options were AMAZING!!!
The drainage in my room created an unpleasant smell at times.

Ahmed at reception was very friendly. The hotel had great value. I got both pool and beach access. Daily minibar water replenishment was a nice touch. It is a perfect choice for long excursions without overspending.

beach view excellent food spacious room
the beach offered beautiful views i really enjoyed the convenient access to snorkeling. the food variety was excellent and the staff were always helpful with our needs. our room was spacious and had a comfortable bed it had daily water refills.

great hospitality careful meal perfect coordination relaxing massage
I am very grateful for the wonderful hospitality I experienced. The dinner service was excellent. I found each meal prepared with much care. Mohamed, the manager, made sure everything was coordinated perfectly. I particularly enjoyed the massages, a great way to relax.

The room featured two separate sinks! It also had a rainfall shower. The room included complimentary tea and coffee. These were replenished daily.

The hotel gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The main pool area contains twenty loungers and a shaded section. I appreciated the variety. There is also a small shop that sells snacks and drinks.

Acceptable Stay, Issues Noted
I found the food variety limited. The same dishes was almost every day. There was little creativity. the lack of a heated pool was a problem. The aqua park pool was too cold, preventing kids from using it .

the room upgrade at reception was a plus. staff helped with luggage. the air conditioning worked well. the room was comfortable. there was dinner service, and every meal was prepared carefully. the hotel location was perfect. the manager was checking us for our comfort.
